Mr & Mrs Newark – The Woodlands – Hothorpe Hall

Here are a selection of beautiful photographs sent to us by Mr and Mrs Newark who married at The Woodlands at Hothorpe Hall

Aqua roses, lilac and ivory freesia, beautiful soft pink peonies, gypsophilia and rolled aspidistra leaves were used to recreate a design chosen by the gorgeous bride.

Decorative jars filled with matching flowers were used to decorate the tables.

Alex & Emily – Mythe Barn

Alex and Emily had the most beautiful wedding day at Mythe Barn and their photographer, Shutter Happy, definitely captured some special moments. A navy and coral colour scheme was chosen by the couple and viburnum berries were used to incorporate a touch of the navy using fresh materials. The coral roses are one of my favourite’s and is called ‘Miss Piggy’. Hypericum, mini gerbera, lime green viburnum opulus and lisianthus were also used, while freesias added a depth of colour and a wonderful scent.

Alison & Chris – Mythe Barn

This April wedding at Mythe Barn was truly special and these wonderful images were captured by Dave Perry Photography. Alison and Chris opted for pale pink, ivory and blue flowers with grey foliage to compliment grey suits and bridesmaids dresses. Delicate ranunculus, parrot tulips and scented blue muscari were used to add a touch of spring to their flower choice, which also included roses, freesia, astilbe and lisianthus.

Angela & Steven – Mythe Barn

Light and Lace Photography kindly sent us these images from Angela and Steven’s wedding atMythe Barn. Angela chose a handtied bouquet with a bespoke wirework collar and trail which was bound with pearls and ivy. She also wanted her bouquet to incorporate blue flowers to compliment the colour scheme, and for the bridesmaids to have shades of ivory to contrast against their blue dresses. Hydrangea, calla lilies, delphinium, orchids and roses were used.

Sian & Hetan – Mythe Barn

This wedding was totally gorgeous. Sian and Hetan had originally booked us to decorate Mythe Barn for their special day, and chose to hire hurricane lanterns for the ceremony room, which were reused on the tables for the wedding breakfast with mirror plates, tea lights and jam jars filled with flowers. Cute zinc buckets filled with flowers were also used in the ceremony room and moved onto the top table. We always like to suggest decorations for the ceremony barn, which can then be used elsewhere afterwards!
